Note this review is for ALUMIL SYSTEMS INDIA PVT. LTD. With more than 3 years experience. ALUMIL S. A. Is a parent company of this subsidiary. 1. Not a MNC Alumil systems india pvt. Ltd. Is a subsidery. 2. No management it is ONE BOSS who should not be in that chair. 3. You lick your boss backside and u can survive. 4. No appriciation for good work. 5 .boss and his favourite people loves gossiping, if you can do that you can survive. 6. No trust on employees. If you are not ur boss's favorite then u are in danger. 7. Meaningless designations. You will funniest designations in this company which MD decides.( may be he google's it😂) 8. Office is jail and there are many gossiping cabins in this office. 9. Boss goes on holiday whenever he wants and tells he is on business meeting. 10. No control of parent company from Greece. 11. Approximately 23 emloyees have been fired or left this organization in past 3 years. Only because they cant lick boss's backside. 12. Trust my words and dont go here. 13. Wasted 3 years of my effort. 14. No salary benifits
