- poor pay
- poor sales leadership - they are all woefully under qualified and unimpressive
- zero transparency
- comp and commission schedules didn't come out until the end of Q1
- mass exodus of sales personnel
- no training for new hires to feel onboarded effectively and understand the breadth of the products they have to offer
- no interaction with product teams to provide feedback or recommend opportunities for improvement of products
In short, if you are just starting your career and you get an offer here, it might be a good place for you for a year or two. For anyone with a decent resume and some tenure under their belt, you can do a lot better.
