Cons
A lot of Politics More talk than action from management No Career progression No bonusses Increases are 0%, 2% or 4% every single year - Irrespective of superb personal performance No promotions (Except if you are a graduate with a really good team lead) Promotions are not from internal people, they source people externally who don't always have the skill and you end up doing the work Credit is not given, its taken No Overtime (but its expected - work gets piled on)
