Some very talented people with experience and good processes for building apps.

A very small company who's management doesn't want to handle situations in the right way. When releases are made sometimes asks to work late. Since I was a contractor, I didn't care, but felt sorry for the FT employees. As another review stated, it has a bad work/life balance.
