Pros
Making a necessary change in the industry - the gig economy ain't it. Drivers and riders deserve better. Getting to build something - there's nothing like it. Figuring out hard things is rewarding. Incredible team. Really wonderful people to work with. Even (and especially) across functions, it's a joy to do this daily with these folks.
Cons
Startup life can mean adjusting to changes FAST. This can be tough if you've gotten used to or attached to a certain idea of how things will go. If you're not someone who can both self-start AND take direction, it may not be the best fit.
