Flexible scheduling. Plenty of overtime available. Safety first mind set with managers and dispatchers. GPS available via company phone.
Cons
Hourly pay structure is $20 an hour if you are not driving, $24 dollars an hour if driving and $28 dollars if driving on the weekends. So if you work a shift where there are not a lot of ride requests you will not be earning much.
