​Cons: Lack of support for drivers. Management pressures you to 'rush' back to the depot, creating unsafe driving conditions. If a safety incident occurs due to this pressure, they will suspend or terminate you without taking accountability for their instructions. Additionally, they do not provide final pay immediately upon termination as required by California law. My final check was dated a day before I was actually given it, proving a willful delay in payment.
