Unethical billing practices: Patients won't be informed that insurance will not cover the device and supplies until they already owe the company money. Constantly bill insurance for supplies that the patients don't need. Patient Support won't be transparent with how the billing process works which leaves the TM responsible for cleaning up the mess.
Poor training: Training is not very thorough or helpful and done entirely through Zoom. They throw you in the water and it's either sink or swim.
Only a small portion or your orders are completed, even after they "put more focus" on getting orders completed, which means you aren't making money for incomplete orders. I could keep going but there is no point. Get some experience if you are new to the industry, find a better opportunity and don't look back.
