This company puts profit before people in every aspect. Staff turnover is massive and I've heard it been given the nickname of being an "entry level mill" - they take mostly entry level professionals, exploit them with huge workloads and poor pay, then they either burn out and leave or jump ship the minute they're no longer considered 'entry level' and can get a job anywhere else. Caseloads and KPIS are ridiculous and you're given no time during your work day or week to complete the administrative responsibilities of your role. Minimal support from supervisors and management, with many of the managers essentially still being entry level professionals themselves.
The way that the company operates does not meet the standards of an "ethical workplace" as per Australian psychology membership body guidelines. They do not listen to employees when they share concerns. They expect employees to work beyond their scope which directly goes against AHPRA's ethical requirements. The individual employees are consistently blamed for errors made by management or due to poor (or no) organisational processes.
All of this for a salary you can barely survive on - casual retail wages are better and don't require a minimum 4-6 years at university.
