Unstable Management and unclear vision - Program Manager Alteryx Employee Review

This company hires without any proper planning and later asks employees to leave when they cannot define or manage their key responsibilities. Leadership has completely changed within the past few months, adding to the instability. There is no proper knowledge transfer, no structured training, and absolutely no long-term vision. The work culture feels toxic, with a clear hire-and-fire mentality. HR and upper management, especially in engineering, show little professionalism and often act out of personal bias rather than fairness. The Indian management is particularly unprofessional, and if they decide they don’t like you, they will do everything possible to push you out. Employees are treated as easily replaceable, with no respect for their efforts. If you have another opportunity — even if it pays less — it is better to take that than to join here. I regret my decision to join this company.
