Pros
This company was a great place to work. It was dynamic and moving with a young group that worked hard and played harder. We were mostly driven to the point of breaking but always rewarded well in so many regards. Financially, you were first rewarded, but you always received accolades and kind words from co-workers and management. It was just an all around good place to work.
Cons
This was not a place that was for everybody. Some people just didn't entirely fit in or last. Everyone tried to be inclusive and rewarding. Some of the projects and tasks proved to rub some people the wrong way. At times some projects seemed to have little or no value to the organization. Unfortunately it was recently purchased by another company and the culture and management changed. It's just not the same place.
