Pros
Pay, nothing else comes to mind when working at this "business".
Cons
Hostile work environment, lack of training for new employees, horrible communication with new employees. Stay away, if you're not perfect right when you start they will already be planning your exit. They do not welcome new employees or try to help them fit in, and right when you start you are under the microscope and any error, or even anything that you may do that they don't like will be scrutinized and used against you at your performance review. There is no room for making mistakes when training and starting. The department is ran by three fickle employees who will jump on the slightest mistake or error and try to get you fired, which they can do take it from me. You can be on the phone with a client or homeowner, and if you say one word that the girls don't like, you'll get a chat from one of them criticizing it and then that criticism will be relayed to management. Basically, if you think you can win three of the most picky, critical employees over to your side and get them to like you, take the job. But beware.
