      6 layers in the organization, hierarchical, managerial incompetence, non sharing of info, competitive, people working in the dark, a couple of passive-agressive managers, very high turnover

      Loved my time working here

      For a person like me that rather work home. Would be nice if they could return on doing that. Cause i was hired and we do work home then they return to work in office.

      Culture, perks, salary, flexibility, cake day Thursday, insurances, discounts, massage chair, free physio every once a month, social events

      Overpaid executives make the gap bettwen the doers and them seem very big and unjustified.
