Pros
Based on what I have read today, it seems like the people chosen to work inside the stores are good people, thinking they are going to work somewhere that reflects their belief system. However, I am extremely disappointment to read all the negative feed back from your employees. For a new & fast growing Christian company I was expecting to find wonderful reviews coming from in the inner core of your business as I do about the your outer core/appearance. (which is beautiful)
Cons
I have been in the retail business a long time and I have come to learn that it starts with your employees!! I am not sure if the CEO of this company has ever watched Undercover Bosses, but what those CEO realize every time is that there employees make the business run. NOT upper corporate. All though corporate is useful, without your teams in your stores building the brand everyday, you'd be nothing. No company can be successful without an amazing group of people at the bottom level willing to fighting for YOUR dream everyday. The teams in your stores are your companies foundation! They will be the reason you become a big success or another chain with no customer loyalty. And when the next "bubble" pops in this economy your company will go back to be a 1 store boutique like a lot of other retails there barely survived the last economic failure.
