Everything. Senior leaders are only senior leaders bc they know how to kiss the c-suite's rear end. They just got rid of the head of hr (finally), reductions every couple of months, TERRIBLE culture, no resources, direction or support. It's a great place to hobble by until you can get a better job. This is a prime example of what not to do in a business. They're on a sinking ship and it's time to get off.....
