Employer mistreats employee Employer makes comments like "you should be lucky that you have direct access to me" and this is 10-15 employee company Employer underpays staff and no one wants to work to get the support from the office Doesn't pay 401(k) in timely manner and violates labor law Cover up work related accident/injury - workers comp fraud Doesn't provide proper sales commission statement - you don't know which jobs have been completed and paid and you have no access to file - very secretive Horrible communications with customers Toxic work environment
