Tom, Joe, Derek, Laura and Marti are the best! Family atmosphere! The people are kind and welcoming. Very much a "patient first" culture. Multi-discipline practice...so much variety and experience available here.

Don't expect formal training because it's more of a "learn as you go" culture. (But they're very patient) Not a lot of corporate benefits like healthcare, paid vacation, etc. (But it's perfect for 2ndary breadwinners or interns!) Tough place to leave. (You will become part of the family)

This company is new grad friendly. They will consider hiring new grads with no to little experience given that you present yourself properly during the hiring interview.

It took a while for HR to get back to e after offering me the job. As the employee, make sure to keep following up and making sure your papers are being processed.
