Pros

Good Commissions, Gas and Car provided

Cons

It is a very outdated sales process. Using iPads is obsolete as well. They really should spring for a laptop. They tell you not to help customers, but you fix service issues anyway. Managers are a mixed bag. If you have a good one, you will do well. If not, watch out. Most are toxic and not worried about helping you -- as they are stretched thin or incapable of managing correctly, they treat you poorly and don't count on HR to help; The training they promised in the interview is a bald-faced lie. They throw you in the field by the third week, and if you do make it out of training, Pray you have no zero weeks so you can hang on to your job. They cut you fast if you don't hit their ridiculous goals. This is not a one-call close, but they act as if it is. You have to wait up to two months after installation to be paid. So after working your rear off to get a sale, you have to wait forever to get your hard-earned money.
