      Good pay within a year and the best benefits I have seen so far.

      Cons

      Union employees. There's a union on the floor so no matter how productive you are, you're still getting paid the same as those who get by with bare minimum.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
