Pros
Learned a lot, but everything you learn here is at the expences of your own time and health. Got the opportunity to work with sport stars, an incredible chance of getting so much inspiration, from the atheletes. Not from the company. Products are great. Still love them. The possibility of connecting and working with people from around the world.
Cons
Used to be a good name on your CV if you worked in sales. Not anymore. Processes are very disorganized and confusing. I had the same sales KPI reported from three different sources, all providing contradictory data. Training was virtually nonexistent, in my experience. The company's direction is rarely clear and can change daily, yet you're expected to know it and fully adhere to it. My work contract was not fully compliant with applicable laws, and I know of others who reported similar issues. I've seen three different HR managers leave within about six months.
