      Great benefits Flexible if you need to go to doctors appointments

      Cons

      Since CCG took over Donan (which is now Alpine) they have ruined the company. They are all about numbers and not a family company anymore. They have no idea what it takes to run an engineering company. I give this company two more years and then it will be gone. I miss the old Donan and so does all the other employees

      Pros

      Company cares about their employees, provides initial training and coaching, the benefits are good, PTO policy is probably the best I have seen. Remote work opportunities are available across a wide range of products.
