      Pros

      I worked on the floor and that was nice. The people were friendly and there was a strong sense of camaraderie.

      Cons

      I can’t say there were very many, except that it wasn’t a very glamorous job.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
