Pros
I have been with the company for multiple years now and have always appreciated the flexibility and freedom in my work. Pros 1. Fully remote work. This means I can plan my day, which in turn allows me to maintain a work-life balance. 2. Great learning and growing opportunities. During this time, my tasks/direction of work changed from time to time, which is great for learning something new as well as preventing the burnout that is common when working remotely. 3. Good pay. I have periodic pay raises and also received bonus, which was quite unexpected, but it was nice that my hard work was acknowledged. 4. Awesome culture & super-friendly team. Regular catch-ups really help me to avoid going stir crazy working from home. Also, there are wonderful people who can always help if you have any concerns or difficulties.
