Unstable organization - Anonymous employee Alphabet Media Employee Review

Severe mood swings with tendency to critise and with no respect towards employees. Actions are arised mainly from own liking that has no relevance to performance and sometimes employees are "fired" on no valid grounds. Tendency to delay/ avoid making payments to suppliers. Not a stable organization to work in.
