- Money is very good, better than most consulting firms - If you like going to a pub with coworkers everyday after work, this is the place to be - You become a master of talking your way out of anything - Misery builds bonds; you would make friends for life here
Cons
- You do not learn any hard skills here, whatsoever, and there is no coming back from that - The work is mundane and boring, You spend 4 years of your life cold calling experts and scheduling calls - Hours are long, Expect spending 70+ hours a week doing the above Unless you are in dire need of money and you don't have a job which pays 70% of AlphaSights, don't join.
