Alpha marketing is a great company to be apart if it allows a lot of room for growth opportunity .The way managers integrate new employees with the rest of the employees is something that I appreciated as a new member coming aboard. All of the managers promote sportsmanship within the team by creating intentional weekly events for all staff to attend. These weekly sessions comprise of out of work activities where we can relax and do things out of work realms.

Working in a position that is out of my comfort zone and new challenges me everyday but allows me to learn new skills as well as improving on the areas that I need to work on
