Pros
I have been working at ALSG for over 3 years. The team I work with support each other to get things done and there is a lot of positivity focused on driving improvements for the business and for employees. From when I joined to now, I've seen lots of changes to communicate with colleagues better and share information about the business. I love the introduction of the company values and see this as a sign of where the business is heading - the training I had when these launched was excellent. The benefit of free food at breakfast and lunch as well as free tea and coffee all day saves me a fortune and ALSG offer good discounts on things like taste cards and local attractions. There are opportunities for career development - they do seem to look to fill roles internally wherever they can. There is free parking - however we sometimes have to shuffle cars around which everyone seems happy to do. Every business has areas that it can improve upon but overall I think ALSG is a great place to work.
