      Pros

      Paid time off during college winter break and travel.

      Cons

      My boss was racist and extremely disrespectful. Management didn't seem to care because she was an alumna that donates lots of $$$ each year. If you aren't an Alpha Gam/not an Alpha Gam member from the south, your colleagues do not care about you and will not be your friend!

      Pros

      Alpha Gamma Delta is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. They honestly care about their employees. As a chef, it’s hard to find a job with this good of hours, benefits, and paid time off!

      Cons

      The ONLY downside is you don’t get paid during the summer. But they do let you keep your health benefits, which is HUGE help!

      Fluctuating dietary constraints make it challenging to please the group while honoring their budget
