Alpha is a great company to grow and advance your career. The company is more academic in style than corporate, the management structure is flat. Employees who show initiative and engagement can take on a lot of responsibility and at the same time learn and grow professionally at Alpha.
Cons
The industry has been pushing prices of translation down over the last decade, which means salaries are not the highest. As a manager it can be a challenge to motivate and engage staff when you are limited with the salaries.
