Corporate and Senior Management really cares about the employees. Our supervisor is awesome and always makes sure we have the tools and training necessary to succeed. ABRES is a leader in the TDHCA (Tax Credit) program and constantly training employees to maintain that status. Competitive pay and benefits. (However, bonus structure can vary from property to property. This is standard in the business, though.)

Not enough room for growth in the Houston area since employees are happy and there is low turn over.
