Incompetent trainers who are gossipy, mean, verbally abusive. Claims to be progressive by being part of the "Lean model" yet despite suggestions given on how to improve things like the warehouse organizaton, I will be a million dollars that NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Very low pay, poor safety, no explanation about levels of lab safety or where the company falls into(BSL1 or BSL 2). Operations supervisor is committed to make sure things stay stagnant. Wont fire incompetent people like metals preparation trainer. Stay away from this company if you want a real career in science. It also has a poor reputation in the environmental industry.
