Pros

You will learn how to push yourself and improve. The environment allows you to learn more, improve your expertise, and be able to collaborate with different specialists. Our team manager was also technical and an expert in the field.

Cons

Very bad processes. Logged in for work, joined a meeting, took a 30-minute break and suddenly you no longer have any access to the company's email and tools. That's how they remove you from work instantaneously. No warning, no notice. No severance pay. The upper management will deem you as having a "poor performance" without any employee review done. There wasn't even any KPI or basis. They will remove you right away without explanation. Aloware has a very poor process in place and follows political culture.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback, please be aware that we will take everything you said into consideration. We did have to reconsider our strategy and adjust to the current market environment, in fact we are reconsidering the strategy on a weekly basis, that’s just how startups operate. Unfortunately, some positions were phased out as it did not fit into our forward looking strategy. We are still hiring for other positions, however, because those positions play an essential role in our strategy and we cannot pause hiring there.

Pros

The Aloware contact center product on the market, the product is amazing. The in-office sales and marketing team is amazing. Working closely with the CEO (Anoosh) made me ramp up much faster.

Cons

A true startup, if that's not your speed, then this could be a con. I learned it wasn't for me.
