Pros

I enjoy being able to help people. I enjoy being able to talk to customers from all different places everyday.

Cons

Some of the calls can be stressful. Sometimes the it feels like the call cue is to high for to long.

Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

Cons

Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
