      If you are smart, can follow directions, show up on time and treat people decently, you can get promoted and have a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits not competitive. If you can't be on time, call center not for you.

      Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

      Cons

      horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
