Pros
They'll hire anyone. The "drug test" is a joke. I know someone who smoked the morning before her interview and passed the mouth swab later that same day.
Cons
Basically, there's a serious lack of communication between and within departments. No one know what's going on, especially managers. Misinformation is rife on the production floor, resulting in more frustrated customers and employees. If you're a floor agent, you have to fight to receive the commission you earned. The commission structure and supporting systems are designed to cheat people out of money. HR doesn't know what the hell they're doing either. Production managers want to blame their poor performance on training and recruiting. Corrupt site managers are allowed to come in and single-handedly promote people that didn't earn their positions. Salaries are pathetically small compared to peer companies.
