Very underpaid No raises, ever No career growth options The person who runs the site does not care at all about your personal growth High turn over The VP is always is "stop the bleeding" mode solely because of the way he runs the site but he doesn't see it They may provide food stipends from time to time but it's all junk food The VP has a "do as I say, not as I do" mentality
