Cons

Training is horrible. The trainer takes meetings during class time. Class NEVER starts on time. Trainer is not prepared to deliver. Trainer never gives a straight answer to any question. How do we earn PTO? Honestly, uh, you, uh, don’t need to, uh, worry about, uh, that, uh, now.

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
