      It’s easy to get hired, you can use daily pay

      Cons

      You only get paid $15 an hour to work from home. Commission is barely noticeable because of the way that they break it down, and they hound you constantly with coachings and expect every call to be a sale.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
