      I'm staying because of my leaders and my colleagues. No pressure, job is simple.

      Salary is too low and they removed the salary increase. (Not sure if for only the past year and this year)

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
