Full time Work - Account Manager Alore Growth OS Employee Review

We have to work 12 hrs a day. They won't tell directly but the work assigned to you will take that much time. Very hectic work. There will be internal checking, they will install the software in our system and check ours consistently. There will be a number of meetings every day with the internal team. No proper timing. No PF, No benifits for employees. For AM, need to handle more number of clients. Salary will be paid late. Saturday completely working. No work-Life balance
