Toxic Environment- The Owner will abuse you & even your family for no reason. Depends on his mood. A fight at his home will lead to someone’s termination. No respect, Too much politics by people who are there since long time, Will be dumped with loads of work but no appreciation, no work life balance, can reduce salary or terminate whenever they feel like- no stability. Very bad experience in my entire career of 10 years.
