Pros
Only Pros is that you will get learn many new things in a short span of time which is good for a fresher . Also if you do well during initial days then more responsibilities are also given to you where one can learn management skills too which is a plus.
Cons
Many Cons I will list out a few which I felt are very important to know before you Join: 1] No appreciation for the work 2] No work life balance at all. You are mad to work like salve at anytime given point of time. 3] No HR policies defined and no so called team bonding or fun activities or team lunch and all .If looking for typical IT environment then this place is not for you 4] No hierarchy in the company if you got a decent manager then you can do good and get good salary hike else you will get frustrated very soon. 5] Decent salary hikes not much scope 5] Same goes will holidays too even you have paid leaves left you cannot take it unless your senior approves. To summarize : If you are one who doesn't care about thing but just work like slave you can join without second thought.
