There is no proper monitoring of employee login timings or attendance and they will simply assume you are working half day and just pay you almost 15% of the salary, they wont even answer your phone call. Pf will be deducted 1800 from you and again 1800 which should be from employer that too is deducted from you, even doing so the credit of the same is not reflected on the EPFO portal. Worst and mentally harrasing firm. No proper corporate structure or infrastructure. As per Labour laws, the deductions cannot exceed 50 or 40% of the wages, but here they will deduct all sorts of money and tell it's company policy (which they never tell you about)
