The staff is clicky; lots of favoritism, nepotism, bullies, poor communication, backstabbing, and closed-mindedness. Facility leader promotes unfair treatment of staff.

Fast onboarding process, though it comes with challenges.

Very limited training and support during onboarding. Management assumes you know everything right away. Workplace culture can feel cliquish, making it hard for new employees to fit in.
