      Entry level opportunities, lots of hours available, good exercise, advancement, contract specific training, and flexible schedules. Nice weather(mostly), team environment.

      Cons

      Minimum pay, poorly trained managers and supervisors lead to motivational problems. Training only to job specific minimums. No travel benefits.

      Love love my fellow employees, Good flying benefits with their airline partners, easy going boss. Holiday party's were nice! Gift card for hard work

      Nothing ever consistent, lack of communication from manger to supervisor to employees. Not everyone is on the same page most times
