Leadership is truly a nightmare. Being disrespectful & rude are the top issues. Not respecting time off. Getting text messages late at night, sometimes weekends asking for a task to be completed that was communicated late. Your mental health will take a hit here. You will be burnt out, if you do not have a position of power you will be bullied by certain leaders. This is not a place that teaches or a place you will learn at. Leaders will Not protect their team. 100% finger pointing game. It’s everyone for themselves. Communication and process is also lacking hugely..
