I love working with Alo Moves and can't think of a negative side to the company

Alo Moves is a mission based company first and foremost, so if you thrive knowing you are having an impact, this is the perfect place for you. The whole company is made of ambitious and strategic individuals who are accomplishing a lot – there is no lack of work to do and you will be busy. But more than anything, the cross functional collaboration and camaraderie allows each individual to do a lot and to do it better. This is a true testament to the CEO, Paul Javid, who truly cares not only about each individuals growth at the company and in their position, but as human beings. This, in and of itself, reason to join Alo Moves and the only reason I have stayed this long.

The one and only con is being owned by Alo Yoga - everything else pales in comparison. While the two companies operate independently day-to-day, the overlap of Alo Yoga on the Alo Moves business is felt.... and it hurts. To understand the implications of Alo Yoga overlapping with a group of ambitious, intelligent and strategic people just head over to their Glassdoor, read some reviews and check out their Founder/CEO approval rating. Spoiler alert: it's a 0% approval rating.
