Only one benefit, the flexible shifts. Everything else is bad.
Cons
1. Unfair environment, you can see a huge gap between the employee in the same title and the same area, especially in salaries 2. The load of work is not equivalent between the all people in the same department. 3. Your promotions, increases, position in the company depends on your friendship, there is no a clear standers to measure upon it, even the yearly evaluation, doesn't determine anything, it just your relationship. 4. Too much layoffs, and hiring because of the managers needs that , without any reasonable fact. 5. The salaries, is reaching the average of the market. 6. A lot of managers who doesn't manage anything, even they can't manage theirself. 7. A law knowledge between the managers, especially in finance, at the same time, they are from the old gards, which they can't lay them of.
