Pros
Decent salary. Matched pension contributions to 5% of gross salary. 34 days holiday a year. Ability to progress to senior levels if you are hard working. Good training and development programme.
Cons
The biggest con would be the shift pattern. It's Monday to Friday alternating from nights, evenings, days. All only 8 hour shifts. It takes all weekend to recover from night shift and the change over from evenings to days isn't great either. A 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts would be better.
