Leadership is top notch and you will learn a tremendous amount as an employee. My colleagues are all very hard working and have fun working together. We share insights and help each other and are clear in expectations of one another. The solution itself has come a long way in a very short period of time thanks to our talented engineering and product teams. Our clients have seen results from AllyO that they could not have realized without us and that is an amazing accomplishment. There is a good balance of push from sales on engineering and pull back to realistic timeframes. Sales always wants it done faster, but it’s healthier to be honest about what can actually be done. Solutions to challenges are crowd sourced across the team rather than happening behind closed doors, which is refreshing. We have a weekly all hands call which is a great way to keep up with what is happening in our fast paced business.

There is work being done on the challenges that exist and there is more transparency from the leadership team lately which is very helpful. Ideas for improvement are not always considered, nor are there reasons given for them being shut down. Typical start up “cons”, but nothing that would make me want to leave or regret my decision to join. I see the team working daily to improve all around and that makes me want to work hard myself to make this the best place in the world to work.
